Rocking with Shakti

Rocking with Shakti in Asia!

John Friend and some of Anusara Yoga’s^® Merry Band continue to rock 2007 with Shakti in Asia. These past few weeks included 14 amazing days in Tokyo, Japan for a Level 1 Immersion, a Level 1 Teacher Training, and a Weekend Workshop. The next phase of John’s Asian Tour took him to mainland China for the first time. Shanghai, which is 5 times the size of Houston, Texas, happily received Anusara Yoga during a weekend workshop. John concluded his Asian Tour, as well as his 2007 Rocking with Shakti Tour, in Hong Kong this past weekend with another workshop. He is looking forward to sharing more fun and informative news of his travels in China in the next blog, which is coming soon!
